How long does production take?
Most items are made to order. Typical production is 7–10 business days, but timing may vary by product.
When will my order ship?
Once production is complete, your order ships based on the delivery option selected at checkout. Tracking will be emailed when shipped.
Can I return or exchange items?
Because items are custom-made, orders are generally final sale unless there is a defect or error.
